Held on September 20th, 2003, ORANJE was back
with a vengeance. With more artists and musicians,
attendance doubled and expectations were high.
The venue was an old auto factory on the near
northside of downtown, a wide open space with
indoor and outdoor activities. A bus was painted
with graffiti, new acts were formed, and the event came into it's own, proving that ORANJE was to be a mainstay in the Indianapolis art and music scene for years to come.
