This is a call for volunteers for ORANJE 2011! ORANJE 2011 will take place on September 17th, 2011 from 8:00 PM - 2:00 AM.
ORANJE would not be possible without the assistance of all our wonderful volunteers. It is the combined efforts of everyone involved in ORANJE, which makes the event special. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.
ORANJE Volunteers are needed for the following aspects of the event:
Promotions/Marketing- Street Team Promotions, Promotional Event Staff, Flier Distribution, etc. (August 15 – September 17, 2011)
Photography/Videography/Multimedia- Promotional Event Documentation, Event Preparations Documentation, ORANJE 2011 Event Documentation, Editing, etc. (August 15 – September 17, 2011)
Event Production/Wrap-Up- Building Preparations, A/V Set-Up, Event Breakdown, etc. (September 1- September 30, 2011)
Event Staff- Admissions, ORANJE Concierge, Stage Management, Artist Liaison, etc. (September 17, 2011)
Volunteers, depending on their assignment, will work with one or more of the following people:
